What You Deserve to Know
General Program Fit
The Access IVF program is designed to make in vitro fertilization (IVF) more affordable and accessible for individuals and couples who are ready to pursue treatment.
Who Is This Program For?
Access IVF is an ideal fit if you:
- Are a single individual or part of a couple who has already completed their diagnostic workup and is ready to begin an IVF cycle.
- Have previously undergone IVF cycles at another clinic and have a good understanding of the process.
- Are seeking a high-quality lab for your IVF treatment.
- Have already completed all necessary diagnostic testing.
- Do not have any major active systemic medical conditions requiring ongoing management (such as a history of blood clots, stroke, or heart disease).
- Can align your cycle start with our predetermined schedule.
- Have the flexibility in your personal schedule to accommodate the program’s rigid treatment structure.
Meet Your Doctor
Dr. Joy Brotheron brings over 20 years of surgical experience to her role as the lead physician for the Access IVF program. As a highly skilled minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon, Dr. Brotheron is deeply committed to making fertility care more accessible, affordable, and patient-centered.
She personally manages every Access IVF case — ensuring you receive expert attention, compassionate care, and a streamlined experience from start to finish. Her approach blends advanced medical expertise with a genuine dedication to helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of parenthood.
With Dr. Brotheron by your side, you’re not just starting a treatment — you’re entering a journey guided by experience, empathy, and excellence.

Who is Not a Good Candidate?
This program may not be suitable for you if:
- You are still in the diagnostic phase of your fertility journey and require extensive testing.
- You have an active systemic medical condition that requires ongoing management, including a history of blood clots, stroke, or heart disease.
- Your personal schedule is restrictive and does not allow for flexibility in aligning with our predetermined cycle starts and treatment structure.
- Your case requires the in-depth knowledge and specialized care of a reproductive endocrinologist. In such instances, a traditional IVF program with Dr. Peter Uzelac at our affiliated clinic, Marin Fertility Center, may be a better match for your needs.
We offer video-based injection training with password access on our website for all our patients.
